The Youth Room offers a specialized collection of books, magazines and videos on parenting, including best practices, childhood health and wellness, as well as educational and homeschooling resources.

Information Service for Teachers

We are happy to put aside a variety of materials on themes for preschool and elementary teachers when requested.  We ask that teachers give us a call to request materials on a particular theme with at least two day’s lead time so that we might gather the materials and set them aside.  Please be specific about the theme and types of materials needed.

**In addition, we are opening up our collection of flannelboard stories for borrowing by preschool and early childhood teachers.  You must borrow them via the Youth Room staff, as they are not in the library's general database. To contact the Youth Room staff directly, please call the library and choose extension #4.
