Julia Nadolny will lead you with guided prompts designed to help you reflect on your life experiences and uncover hidden emotions. Foster self-compassion and walk away with valuable writing techniques that can be used as a lifelong tool for healing and clarity. Please bring a journal if you have one you'd like to use, other materials will also be available.

Registration encouraged, but not required.
