WE'VE ADOPTED A COW!

Follow along as we discover the life of a Dairy Cow.  The Adopt-A-Cow program is a nationwide, free program created to help people learn about dairy cows and farm life.  Keep checking our website for updates!  Sunflower has turned 4 months old, she is now weighing in at 250 lbs.  Now that she is 4 months old, she eats food that has more fiber to help develop the different compartments in her stomach. She enjoys haylage and a sweet grain pellet mix which gives her a lot of energy and helps her digestive system develop. She can eat as much hay and drink as much water as she wants!
