An All Levels yoga practice with an emphasis on alignment, syncing breath with movement and holding in poses for an embodied yoga experience. Modifications will be offered throughout the class to allow every student to feel supported and comfortable while practicing.
Class will conclude with a sound infused guided meditative rest.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one, some mats will be available as well.
